Along with more than two decades of experience, Catherine Doucette holds a Master’s in Adult Education and the professional designation of Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP).
Catherine soon will complete certifications in both The Simplexity Thinking System (for Innovation, Strategic Planning, and Team Building) and Experiential Learning (David A. Kolb’s model).
She teaches Management Skills in the MBA program at the University of New Brunswick (Saint John) where she was nominated by her students for an Excellence in Teaching award in 2015. She is a LearnSphere Canada associate and partner with the Women in Business Consulting Advisory Service.
In 2015, she received the National Volunteer Award from the Institute for Performance and Learning’s for launching and then chairing its New Brunswick Chapter for five years.
