Along with more than two decades of experience, Catherine Doucette is a nationally Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and holds a Master’s degree and Diploma in Adult Education.
Her team creates customized training sessions, learning systems, and e-learning. An interactive and practical training design with specific standards provides a measurable impact. The topic doesn’t matter. It is about the adult education method. It works whether you are training for writing, branding, mentoring, or any other skills. Her style as a speaker and facilitator is creative, authentic, and humorous.
Catherine is a LearnSphere Canada associate and partner with the Women in Business Consulting Advisory Service. She teaches in the MBA program at the University of New Brunswick where she was recently nominated by her students for an Excellence in Teaching award. Also, she has taught at St. Francis Xavier University in the Diploma in Adult Education program.
She received the National Volunteer Award in 2015 from the Institute for Performance and Learning’s for launching and then chairing its New Brunswick Chapter for five years.
