A Giggle and Smile Break

Laughter matters. It builds your immune system, lowers your blood pressure, and makes life better overall. Here is a great article from Laughter Yoga International that gives you 10 reasons why laughing is good for you.

We all need a breaks sometimes. It is one of my commitments to myself this year, as part of the work-life balance adventure. Here are three silly videos meant to make you smile. All are G rated 🙂

    Love your post! I’m a true believer in laughter and it’s something hubby and I do daily. Nothing clears your mind and releases stress like a good dose of laughter!
