I’ve Waited Too Long…

Is it too late now?!

I haven’t posted a blog since the spring (I’ve even written them but not posted). But the longer I procrastinated and delayed sharing information about training, writing, and leadership on my blog or in my email newsletter, the bigger a deal it appeared to be… so I kept putting it off, even though I love to do it and people have been asking me for more. But after a social media and website audit from Mark Pridham today, I’m back!

When we feel like we’ve waited too long, we may punish ourselves for not being perfect, for not appreciating that life gets busy and messy. It’s not just about blogging or business. It can happen with anything in our lives — like exercising.

The last two months have been amazing months for my business with great opportunities and new clients coming out of the woodwork. And in the midst of all that, I made the (bad) decision to use my morning workout time to work instead of exercise. Then a few weeks went by… and going back to Fit Body Boot Camp seemed like a really big deal. But I’ve been back for two weeks, and my body would now like to thank me for getting into the groove again.

It’s not too late. You haven’t waited too long. In the next 24 hours, what one step are you going to take to tackle that thing you’ve been procrastinating about? Let me know how it goes!

Your presence has been missed very much. I have had to make major changes to my website and to my business. I have not published yet, but still want you to play a major role in the unveiling. You could still showcase your presence as the keynote speaker with your blog. This conversation to be continued. Glad you are back!
